Rosewood Homes is a locally owned luxury homebuilder led by industry veteran David M. This has resulted in David and his team building some of Arizona’s nicest new homes and neighborhoods for over 30-years and being honored with dozens of local, regional and national awards recognizing the best of the homebuilding industry including at the 2024 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) "The Nationals" Awards Gala and at the 2024 Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) "Gold Nugget" Awards. Our team is also a 6-time recipient of the “Small Volume Builder of the Year Award" bestowed by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and our homes and neighborhoods have received several coveted MAME Awards including for Best Design, Community of the Year and many others.
