The 40th Annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards Call for Entries is open, with early entries due February 15 and all entries due March 9, 2026.

The MAME awards competition recognizes the exemplary efforts of production builders, active adult builders, custom builders, and land developers; interior designers and architects; and managers and sales associates within Central Arizona. The MAME Awards competition encompasses all facets of professional achievement, sales, marketing, merchandising, and design—builders and their project partners can enter.

This competition provides entry opportunities in product design, outdoor living, model complex landscaping, interior merchandising, sales office design, logo design, graphics, brochures, signage, advertisements, overall advertising campaigns, internet marketing, professional achievement and more. The MAME Awards, hosted by Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, will be presented on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. The MAME Awards ceremony draws a crowd of over 600, with the majority of attendees representing the Valley’s best home builders.
