P.A.S.S. Breakfast - 7:30-9:00 AM

Forecast Luncheon - 12:00-1:30 PM
Nearly 600 attendees will hear Glenn Farley from the Common Sense Institute present the housing market outlook for Phoenix metro. The forecast focuses on identifying trends and strategies for 2026 and beyond.
A builder panel follows with:
- Brent Davis - Division President, East Division, D.R. Horton
- Michael Fulmer - Division President, K. Hovnanian Homes
- Taylor Lilly - Division President, Century Communities
They'll discuss what they're seeing in the current Phoenix housing market.
