Arizona's largest gathering of the home building industry is fast approaching on November 5, 2025. With 95% of booth space already sold (see who’s exhibiting), the Southwest Builders Show continues to be the premier venue for exhibitors to connect with builders, contractors, and suppliers. P.A.S.S. Breakfast - 7:30-9:00 AM

The HBACA members-only Purchasing Agents, Suppliers & Subcontractors breakfast kicks off the day. Valley builders' purchasing agents and executives will host tables for networking, followed by breakfast. If you're an HBACA builder interested in hosting a table, please contact Lisa.

Forecast Luncheon - 12:00-1:30 PM

Nearly 600 attendees will hear Glenn Farley from the Common Sense Institute present the housing market outlook for Phoenix metro. The forecast focuses on identifying trends and strategies for 2026 and beyond.
